Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach to bodywork. It focuses on the bones of the head, spinal column, sacrum, and the underlying structures. The main objective of this work is to find restrictions and/or compression in these areas and use specifically designed techniques to release these areas.

(Compressions and restrictions in the cranial sacral systems are caused by injury or trauma and if not corrected can cause dysfunction and disease in the body)
