Swedish Massage  is a gentle relaxing massage that affects the mood and tension through surface manipulations.  This is the most common form of massage an is great for helping individuals relax. 

Massage will:

  1. Increase the circulation of the blood and lymph system.
  2. Change the oxygen capacity of the blood up to 15% after massage.
  3. Rejuvenates fatigued muscles and helps loosen contracted shorten muscles.
  4. Increase the body’s secretions and excretions. (Does anyone have to use the restroom after a massage?)
  5. Soothes and stimulates the nervous system
  6. Enhances skin conditions
  7. Affects the internal organs.
