I have always loved exercising and finding ways to better
enhance my ability to work out harder through natural methods. The science of
the body has greatly intrigued me for a very long time. Aside from working
towards a bachelor degree in Human Biology, I took a break from the four years of college and went to Utah College of Massage Therapy where I
learned more about the anatomy and physiology of the human body and certain
techniques to heal the body physically and even mentally. During that time I obtained
my Personal Fitness Training certificate through the Institute of Sports
Science Association (ISSA). I have hired trainers myself multiple times
and have been both pleased and displeased with the results. I decided to
put my experience into practice. There I learned how to help facilitate others work out correctly,
use nutrition and weight management assessments, create fitness
training and exercise programs. I finished both programs in the beginning of
2006. I have played many sports and
experienced many things that massage and exercise both heal. I know that it
works and that it can work for anyone that gives them a try.
I am currently attending school taking science
classes to obtain a degree in human biology and further study towards a Doctor
of Chiropractic degree.

All my life I have always heard that I have strong hands.
When I was twelve a family friend who was a massage therapist decided to teach
me some of her tricks. From then on, I’ve wanted to be a massage therapist.
While attending Mt Hood
Community College to get my two year degree, I
started working for Dr Doug Rial at Eagle Chiropractic as a Secretary and
Chiropractor Assistant. He taught me even more about massage work heightening
my drive to obtain more knowledge about the body and more natural remedy
techniques. From there I went to Utah College of Massage Therapy. I have
seen massage help me and my family live in more comfort and greater health. I wish
everyone could experience the benefits that massage gives.
